PROJECT DESCRIPTION
- Drive a Lean transformation for a large Financial Services institution, focused on capability building of employees around Lean practices and tools.
REQUISITES NEEDED FOR POSITION
- Independent status
- Years of experience: 10+, with at least 5 on Lean Transformation
- Professional MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Practice in 'doing', not only Consulting
- Excellent interpersonal skills + Consulting approach
- Englis fluent, Italian speaking
- Fast Learner
- Coaching ability & expertise
ROLE and RESPONSABILITIES
- Manage a team of 4 Lean resources implementing a Lean Management System in a business function (with focus on waste elimination, performance improvements and new management routines).
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- All key Lean tools and management practices, either in Lean Office or Lean value stream McKinsey 5 lens (preferable)
- Six Sigma BB certified (preferable)
- Exceptional stakeholders management skills
- Italian speaking (mandatory)
SKILLS and EXPERIENCE TO BE HIGHLIGHTED IN THE RESUME
- Experience in Lean Transformation Projects
- Experience in Financial Services Industry (preferable, not needed)
- Hands-on, direct experience in applying Lean practices and tools
- Experience in teaching Lean to employees and management (ie value stream lead role)
